The Lost Cat

One sunny day, Emma was walking in the park. She saw a small cat under a tree.

The cat looked sad and hungry. Emma gave the cat some food from her bag.

The cat was very happy! It started to purr and rub against Emma's legs.

Emma looked around, but she couldn't find the cat's owner. She decided to take the cat home.

At home, Emma gave the cat a warm bath and a cozy bed. The cat slept peacefully.

The next day, Emma put up posters around the neighborhood, but no one came to claim the cat.

Emma was happy. She had always wanted a pet. She named the cat "Lucky."

Now Emma and Lucky are best friends. They play together every day.
